WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We currently operate from two warehouses: one located in Wyoming, USA, and the other in Shenzhen, China. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse that best suits the item and destination.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with your tracking number will follow as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for shipping. Please note that the order confirmation is sent first, as we often receive inquiries about tracking numbers before the order is fully processed.

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 working days) + Shipping Time

Processing Time:
We take 1-3 working days to prepare your order. This includes arranging your items, especially if multiple items are ordered, to ensure everything is shipped accurately. Please note that we are typically off during weekends, as most carriers are also unavailable during this time.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time varies based on the destination and the items ordered. Regular shipping usually takes 7-14 business days. For locations like California and New York, delivery may be faster due to more frequent flights.

Additional Considerations:
During the peak season, particularly November to December, carriers may experience delays due to high traffic volumes. Some products may also require additional time for delivery and processing during this period. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

1. Return Eligibility:

   • We accept returns for items received within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
   • Products must be in their original, unused condition, including all original tags and labels.

2. Reasons for Return:

   • We offer free return and full refunds for the following reasons:
     • Missing or broken pieces.
     • Broken packaging.
     • Wrong product received.
     • Other problems caused by us.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

   • We do not accept returns if:
     • Items have been opened and used.
     • Items are directly damaged, broken, or lost by the customer.
     • Customer-made mistakes in ordering (e.g., wrong model, wrong quantity).

4. Customized Products:

   • Customized products follow different policies:
     • Full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing it.
     • 50% refund if canceled within 24 hours but production has started.

5. Initiating a Return:

   • If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team at service@customizedtoy.com to discuss the details of the return before sending the item back.
   • Do not send items back directly without contacting our service personnel, as we will not issue a refund.

6. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.

7. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

8. Address Error:

   • In the case of customer address errors, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.
